I’m trying something a little bit new today and that is sharing some (not all) of my recipes on my Substack as opposed to my website. I’m not sure if this is something we are going to like but I am willing to give it a try. This space is ad free, a little more casual and just a tad more conversational than my website. While the recipes are behind a pay wall, there are no frills attached!
I am kicking things off with an extremely quick and easy pasta recipe. I love nothing more than using olive oil, garlic and cherry tomatoes as the base of a delicious meal. But that should come as no surprise to my long time followers. The cherry tomatoes burst open and release a beautiful sweet and jammy sauce that is far better than any jarred sauce you may be turning to on those busy weeknights!
