Okay, this one isn’t technically a one pan meal… it’s more of a two pan meal as we need a pot to cook the pasta in. But it’s something that I have been making on repeat in my house for the last few weeks that I felt the need to share it! And it still fits the spirit of my one pan meals series with it being very easy to make, extremely delicious and will feed the whole family.
Now enough of me justifying why this recipe squeezes into this series and more talking about the recipe. It’s a lemon and garlic pasta that has a modern and Daen’s Kitchen garlicky twist on the traditional pasta al limone.
It’s creamy, zesty and full of garlic confit. But if you aren’t like me and don’t always have a jar on garlic confit tucked away in your fridge, you can always replace this with raw garlic to save on time and dishes.
This one comes together in under 20 minutes, is so easy and cheap to whip together and will be absolutely loved by the whole family. Serve with some of my homemade focaccia to mop up all of that delicious sauce!
