I had never heard of garlic confit until I saw your YouTube channel. Now I’m hooked and even got my 97 year old grandmother making it. She makes garlicky beans. I’m looking forward to making the potato garlic soup for my husband. Watching your YouTube channel is so soothing to the soul.

I not a big lover of beans but I will eat them in chili or soups. I do love cooking & eating garlicky green beans so I'll have to check out your recipe. Also the tomatoey bean recipe sounds good, too.
I'm in Canada and we had our first summer holiday long weekend last weekend, Victoria Day which started as a holiday to honour Queen Victoria. Most people call it May 2-4 now.
